The availability of download options or purchasing features through Pixieset does not transfer copyright ownership. All images remain the intellectual property of Sage & Bloom Media unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Access to galleries, downloads, and purchases is subject to Pixieset’s own terms of service, privacy policy, and platform rules. Sage & Bloom Media does not control and is not responsible for Pixieset’s operations, availability, pricing, policies, or performance.
12. Gallery Access & Security
Client galleries may be password-protected or access-restricted. You agree to:
Keep gallery links and passwords confidential
Not share access with unauthorized individuals
Not attempt to bypass security features, download limits, or access restrictions
Sage & Bloom Media is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from shared, lost, or compromised gallery credentials.
13. Digital Downloads, Orders & Fulfillment
Digital downloads, print orders, and product purchases made through Pixieset are processed using Pixieset’s systems and, where applicable, third-party print labs.
Sage & Bloom Media is not responsible for:
Pixieset platform outages or technical errors
Download failures caused by user devices, browsers, or internet connections
Print quality, production issues, shipping delays, or fulfillment errors caused by third-party vendors
Any issues related to orders or fulfillment are subject to Pixieset’s applicable policies unless otherwise stated in writing.
14. Third-Party Links
This Website may contain links to third-party websites or services. Sage & Bloom Media is not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of third-party sites.
